Oh yes they have !
We have to ask Attila to develop a new software permitting us to post perfumes with the photos. Very Happy

Congrats hoanpham and welcome to the club.
Smile

Do you like its handling and smoothness ?
I find it's a pleasure to focus with it.

Thanks Olivier,
I like the close distance best Very Happy razor thin DOF.
Near infinity is really hard to focus.
Mid range is easiest to use.

It is so light weight that I may bring it with me downtown to play.
Shake reduction in pentax body is very good. On sony nex body is so much more difficult to use and to get an ok result.

OK, I looked at the topic and tried a quick video handhel with my 5D MkII. Very shaky but IQ is sharp.

About sharpness, here are some samples I posted in the topic :
Tamron SP 500 F8 55B on 5D MkII. Full frame sensor and high quality viewfinder helps a lot.
To see bigger size, click on pictures to open in new window.

short distance :
1/500s - iso 400 - handheld

1/60s - iso 1600 - monopod

medium distance :
1/1250s - iso 200 - tripod

long distance :
1/250s - iso 800 - handheld

1/2000s - iso 800 - handheld

Cheers,
Smile

Thanks for trying the video! I like the Clint Eastwood image and the detail on the big bird the best....it must be nice having the FF camera to get the best out of these lenses. I picked up the Tamron 55BB Mirror on ebay for $50au it has some small fungus on the front glass and rear normal filter...but it still handles like the 55B.

hoanpham, some nice street images.

Thank you Mo. Smile
Big bird is a Pelican. What do you mean by detail on the big bird ?

Congrats for your 55BB.
Next one : 06B 350mm F5.6 ?

Hi Olivier
I mean the feather and feet details, skin texture etc.I think the Pelican is the best image I have seen taken with this lens....looks like everything came together for this image...photographer,light,subject.

Yes, I am patiently looking for the 350mm lens...one day I will find one.. Laughing Part of the fun is the hunt for the lens!

Shows the beauty of effective in-body shake reduction. I would not buy a camera without it, especially if using manual focus lenses.

Yes Tom, you're right. It's an interesting feature.
And many have good results using manual focus lenses without this in-body shake reduction. Smile
The Pelican above was shot handheld with a Canon 5D MkII. Light counts a lot too.
