The SMC 70/210 seems to be a good performer.
BTW ordered today at Katz eyes a new screen for the K-5. Will give you my impressions (if you like it of course ) when the screen arrives.

Yes, I am really curious about Katzeye. I have read recently many pros and contras about it. Many times I nearly was ready to order one but somehow the price always shocked me
I am very interested how bright the viewfinder will be ... and of course how accurate it is.
