Don't know what kind of insect it is, but I am sure it is not a spider, since it has 6 legs, not 8!

I think it is a spider those claws near its mouth are hiding the fangs...it sort of looks like a Wolf spider that we have here.

Wolf spiders have eight legs,just like other spiders.

To me it looks like the front claws are legs...and it has a set of antennae.
have a look at this is it the same?

I think its spider. If not, what is it? Very Happy the link Mo given looks exactly same creature. It's common found in home. I always let it live. 'Coz it hunt insect like cocroach.
Before I took the picture I wasn't aware that claw and thorn. Now I must aware.
