Wow! Nikon 24mm f2.8 AIS perhaps best 24mm what I did ever try.
Click here to see on Ebay
Adapter is older perhaps lens too. _________________ -------------------------------

That is the later Adaptall 2 version with a slightly older Adaptall 1 mount, which will work fine. If you sell the mount you will nearly get a free lens! _________________ Graham - Moderator

Yes, I count it. Seller did put 50% higher shipping cost as usual , but on this low final price I don't care.
Thank you for identify me this lens. _________________ -------------------------------

I used to shoot with this lens, Attila and I liked it a lot.
But when I sold many lenses, I kept the Nikkor 2.8/24 and sold the Tamron.
So, in my opinion, the Tamron is close but not exactly as good as the Nikkor.
The Tamron is a little softer wide open and worse at the edge than the Nikkor - at least my copy was. The Tamron still is much better than many other 24mm lenses I have shot with! _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

Sound is great! Edges are not very important to me due m4/3. _________________ -------------------------------

I bought a Tamron 24mm f/2.5 off eBay last November and posted a test here at this forum that I conducted with the Tamron 24mm side by side against a Nikkor AIs 24mm f/2.8. You can find the test results here:
http://forum.mflenses.com/tamron-24mm-f-2-5-t22049.html
Scroll about halfway down for the images.
Here are a couple more I took with the Tamron 24mm using my Canon F-1 and Kodak Elite Chrome 100 slide film. I like to take pictures of people taking pictures
I'm very satisfied with my Tamron 24, and I think that since you'll be using it with a u4/3 system, you won't even have to worry about edge sharpness. _________________ Michael

Yes, for µ4/3 it's surely not bad. A nice "normal" lens! _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

I agree. I bought this lens from Carsten and I'm very happy with it. _________________ Dave - Moderator
