Great lens -- brother of the 80-200 f/4 L

The bokeh of this lens is one of the best ...

The lens still has its own FD mount - so I was simply holding it in my hand when taking a picture Smile and focusing tuned by moving myself Smile

The colour and sharpness both stands out from the rest! Do you intend to covert this lens to EOS?

hey Trifox.
I have found here a FD 100-300 f5.6 macro. You have some idea of their quality? I guess you can adapt to a 5D.
Many thanks

hi francotirador.

I have no idea about the quality of 100-300 5.6 Macro.

you would be able to adapt it on EOS for macro shots .. otherwise - the conversion is difficult for zooms.

@ Attila -- the FD fits quite well into the EF but -- I am limited in choice of subjecs Smile

I must act if something is seen..
