Click here to see on Ebay

Ive seen many lenses like this tamron, soligor etc is this just a re branded one and also is this lens a t-mount like the others I have seen or is it an actual m42 fixed mount?

It's possibly /likely a Samyang rebranded - there were a lot of them around. Fairly decent performers (look up wundertute), but since it's not certain what it is, it might be a dud - you take your chances. I'd say the mount that's on it is a T-mount->M42.

It has the look of the old preset Tokina (Tokyo Koki) 400/6.3

Here is mine in Mamiya brand -

http://forum.mflenses.com/mamiya-tokina-400-6-3-preset-t19582,highlight,mamiya+400.html

Various cosmetic elements were changed on lenses to suit the requirements of their various vendors, most often the pattern or covering of the focus ring, as here.

I'd say its almost certainly a T-mount - though possibly not, see mine, which was made specifically for Mamiya SLR's; your however is a merchants brand and it would have made no sense to order these in fixed mounts. If its in good condition it should be quite a decent lens.
