No, ... it's just clouds after lots of rain. But a funny thing it that frifox told me that e.g. in slovakian this effect is also called "mountains are smoking" ... so the impression of fire is not far away

there're are plenty of mountain roads open for motorcycling around. That specific one from the photograph is fortunately closed for all traffic
