Saigon is getting dressed up for Tet, Vietnamese new year, today I went to flower exhib + sale in a central park.
Unfortunately I arrived too late, it dawned, I started with ISO 1000 and soon went to ISO 2500, then there was no more sunlight but some neon lights around.
As seen in the first pic showing the ladies enjoying, colors became an issue because of lighting, but that pic was the last one I had taken.
Mostly tried not to shoot wide open only but 1 or 2 stops down.
I hope to go back to take some more at daylight and / or tripod

Wow, flowers. I've almost forgotten what they look like.

I have a few favourites here esp the portrait.

thank's guys,
I know flower shots are not everybody's thing, but I find the painting characteristic on a few of them quite remarkable
- and very likely I will be doing lot's of flower more the coming days, Saigon is going flower crazy right now, I have never seen anything alike!

We are just seeing shoots in the ground, and a few very early spring flowers, so it is nice to see this display
