Looks like a decent lens, but of course I am spoiled with the excellent Pentax Takumar 55/1.8 Wink

I would not consider a Helios44M a decent lens Smile I have mine just some weeks but I was quite surprised about the results.

Which version is it exacly? 44M-4 ...?

Looking forward to see more test-samples from you.

No, it says just Helios 44M. It has eight aperture blades. I understand there are versions with 6 blades too?
