Hi,

in the past I read so much about the Helios 44-2 that I decided to buy one. Today it arrived and here are 2 shots with this really nice lens.

It might be one of the cheapest lenses of the planet but it turns on its head the idea that quality is related to price. Still one of my favourite lenses, and these pics show why.

Hi,

thanks for your comments.

It seems that this type of lens can be used very suitable for such pictures.
A simple thistle will be with this lens a thing of beauty.

They are wonderful shots! That lens really is a sweetie, i have just bought one for the grand sum of about $8us which is a steal! Not used it much, just done some test shots and i'm very impressed.
