 ... no, not really mountains there. that was a kind af "dunes"-area/woods near "Bergen op Zoom".
Actually at the photograph #2: behind this onion-field there is the Belgium border, so what you see is already Belgium.
anyhow, there really are Dutch mountains ... e.g. the Pietersberg near Maastricht ... I think it's about a bit more tham 100m for Austrians something to laugh at
