Yes, although they're not super obvious. They always appear in the exact same spot. If you look closely at the right-most 10% of the frames, you can see a couple of bands in the firework shot, as well as a small portion of it in the beach/crocs shot at the extreme upper right. The banding is more visible, obviously, when there's a relatively homogenous background behind it.
I'm looking at more images, and I'm noticing similar banding showing up in my Kiev-60 shots I recently got back, so I'm pretty sure now it's crappy scanning job by Dwayne's Photos. Which is a relief, but of course annoying considering I'm paying them to get these things scanned.

These bands are very faint, which probably is why Dwayne's hasn't noticed. Perhaps you should let them know.
Photoshop and the rubber stamp tool are your friends in these situations.
Btw, that is an excellent sounding pile of med fmt equipment you have...
