Me neither - do you know anything about Kinax? The camera looks to be beautifully made and engineered, and the lens has a nice blur/softness around the edges, really good bokeh, and looks very clear in the center. I like the effect.

The first pic looks cool when it's letterboxed in the topic review pane as I'm replying Smile

Thanks you guys.

I believe that this Kinax was made between 1946-1947 in Paris France. It feels like true quality, and I am just happy to have tried, and to own one.

It is a 520mm film camera so I had to cut the 120mm film to make it fit the spool. Some of the frames got some light in that process, but still......

Shocked Shocked wait... let me get a hat on, so I can tip it to you... that's going the extra mile for the sake of getting this beautiful old equipment functioning again. Excellent.

These images have a special, beautiful persona! It is GREAT to see you fix the camera and then use it! I REALLY love the center quality and the combination of OOF and "soft" edges. Truly a beauty and unique in its genre. A GREAT find! I would love to see more of these outstanding pictures.
