And the verdict is Yes, and No.
Yes - lens can be splitted into two parts, all You need is to loose two little screws sitting
in the barrel just before tripod mount collar.
Then You can easily unscrew front part from the rear part.
No - it does not work as in little Primotar 135/3.5, Telemegors 180-250-400/5.5 and Trioplan 100/2.8,
because both optical and focusing department stays in the front segment
Happily, there is enough of naked helicoid to give it some cleaning and re-grease it,
and the rear lens element is now easy to reach.
There are another dismantable screws and ring visible on the front part, but I did not touch them
as now I have all what I wanted  .
