my newest toy (the Russian Helios 40-2) got this lens from a romanian auction site for 130 euros (as new with papers and everything) Very Happy

so this weekend i went for a walk in the park with some friends an their kid (so is not mine )(this was my first time out with this lens)
i m very happy with the results and it kind of stop the my lust for the
CZ 85/1.4 witch is way way over my budget .
so here are the results hope you like them they are shot at f1.5 or f2 and ISO 250 (it was very difficult to keep track of the kid )

he was crying cause he wanted another kids toy Laughing (he was very mad)

Wonderful portraits from a lens that is very highly regarded and takes some practice to use properly. You seem to have mastered its main foibles. That was a really good price too.

Man, I want one of those lenses....like jupiter-9, takumar and tamron 90/2.5 just wouldn't be enough Smile. Too many lenses, when you just can't part with any of them.

Great pics, the boy just jumps out of the background.

I agree with previous comments Smile

Nice portraits! And I love this lens.

On one hand, it's sharp, on the other hand, it produces extremely nice bokeh!
