This two shot show a field of application how panorama stiching could be usful.
Those windmills were not possible to photograph in "normal" way because there were trees and houses close around.
Only chance was to stand nearly under them and take weather a fisheye (which I don't have) or pano with dozends of shots.

here are the very strange (not really pleasing) photographic results with huge distortions:
