Just a few family shots with sometimes bad framing (mea culpa), but hopefully it shows what the 80mm f/1.8 Pancolar can do. Taken with a humble 6MP Pentax *ist DS.

Nice shoots they are shows why I prefer Pancolar 80 before any other lens.

But it is great to see so many of these old timer lenses behaving so well. They have such strong characters, whether in front of film or a sensor. So many modern lenses show up "neutral" (a euphemism for boring)

The first on is very unusual. But I'm not sure, what is the cause... light? or distinct definition of IF-OOF areas...?
