Nice photos using a classical lens.
No.2 in the first series is my favorite too.
Is this the f/4.5 Trioplan or the F/3 one? My guess goes for the f/4.5 one.
To me it shows a different character then the well-known f/2.8 100mm Trioplan.
Is it only because of the light conditions in witch the photos were made?
Have you tried it in the light conditions in witch the Trioplan's character is emphasized? How it behaves in such light conditions? |

f4.5 , just name and low contrast common nothing else, I couldn't produce similar bokeh highlight I did try to show a cheap alternative, but I did failed. _________________ -------------------------------

It looks like the f/3 10,5cm. Portrait Trioplan is the real grandfather of the classical f/2.8 100mm one. I have the 10,5cm f/3 one in Compur #1 shutter and it's character is much closer to the 100mm f/2.8 one.
But, looking at prices on ebay, the 10,5cm f/3 Trioplan is not a cheap alternative... |
