Interesting!
Good composition (for me) especially in 7, 10 and in the last one. _________________ “The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat.”

Nice shots, i imagine a person can play a day composing in this scenario. I liked the most of the series: the 3., 4, 5, 8 and 10.

Thanks Renato!
and yes, I spent there only short while, but the lights and shadows and those stairs lines were quite attractive for that kind 6x6 shots.
Maybe some other day and with better time an other try there.
BTW: I found that for the some lower resolution screens 800pix pics are too large, so I now changed all those pics size little bit smaller (800=>700pix).

I really like these compositionally, but (and I hope you don't mind the but!) I think you could improve them by upping the contrast quite a bit. I copied one into photoshop, made sure there were some true blacks in the image then applied a strong S curve. I think you could make your really nice abstract compositions jump off the page a bit more.

Thank you very much Kris!! This was really very valuable information for me.
So what I see here really aint the same what you all there.. ..
I have here two uncalibrated monitors, this iMacs and the other one connected with it is cheap Benq G2220HD.
Now I know that I have to really calibrate these monitors (and before that I've to make much stronger s-curves
The calibrating is the thing what I should have done a long ago, but.. ..
Thanks Kris, this was really good thing to get to know!

Very nice idea, the theme and the B&W, but I would make a narrower selection. _________________ Orio, Administrator
