yes, there are some more from inside the castle, but it's people shots mostly.
And there are some landscapes also, seen from both inside the castle and during the trip to there.

Wow, 3200 and no NR, amazing performance. As others, beautiful series
and I very much like the still of the musicians. His pipes have two drones
like what the Irish and French used, Scottish pipes have three.

Orio, you show us some masterpieces here!

The first one has the quality of a classic painting, the colours are just beautiful.
And the Distagon shots! That's pure 3D!! Amazing!
I mean look at that pot on the table!! Shocked

Congratulations!

Thanks guys!

@ Bill: the musician explained the same thing about the drones, that you did. Smile you really know the instruments! Smile
He also said that there were many variations on this instruments in Europe, and gave us the different names that it had in Spain, in France, (which I can not remember Sad ), in northern Italy ("Piva") and in southern Italy ("Zampogna"). The one that he plays is a Piva.

Orio, I'm no expert on pipes, I'm familiar with the Irish and Scottish pipes.
You once mentioned northern Italy has a strong French influence and the
Piva is like the French pipes, the tenor drone is down by the chanter
rather than tied together with the bass drone over the shoulder like most
others. I know the German and Dutch also had pipes, but of those I haven't seen at all, but I'm guessing they only have two drones as well.
Only the Scots added the 2nd tenor drone, IIRC.

Very interesting Bill! Thanks for the info.
You might not be an expert on bag pipes but you surely know a lot more than I do Very Happy

Last year there was also a lute player, and other two harp players. This year the only one poor harp player had a hard time making her self heard when the piva was playing! Shocked
