about the house, we had a cataclysmic hurricane (irene) pass through the entire northeast US last august. it literally destroyed several towns in my area, countless bridges, homes etc. this home was next to where we buy home made maple syrup, you can see a color picutre of that place that i posted today in thread 'a couple from my new bessa t', about5 miles from my home.
