*** SOLD to Gonzoo ***

I got this lens a while ago, but having 2 other 100mm lenses and a couple 85mm, I never find the time to use it. It has an excellent reputation as a portrait lens, see for example these past threads here

this one on the Meyer Orestor aka the "bokeh dwarf"

and my comparison of the actual lens I'm selling with the Fujinon 100/2.8 and the Tamron 105/2.5

The lens is in excellent condition, with absolutely no damage to the glass and fully working aperture and focusing. It comes with the original plastic front cap and what I think is a generic rear cap. A picture of the lens from the last thread mentioned above, there are more pictures in a reply below

I am asking 45€ for it, a 20€ price drop from the original cost, excluding shipping and paypal fees. See below the reason for the price drop.

I shot a few pictures for Gonzo who requested them, and in the process we discovered (he pointed it out to me) that there's a tiny spot on the very edge of the front element. It may be a very small chip in the glass, but my impression is that it's just a drop of solidified balsam as right next to it there's a very small patch of what appears to be a blackened dried substance on the rear of the front element.

The two spots are so small I never noticed them, especially since they don't affect the optical qualities at all, as you can see from the 100mm comparison I posted a few months ago. But since the lens is not mint, I've reduced its price to 45€. If you are looking for a good 100mm with excellent bokeh at a bargain price, this might be it then. And I'm 90% sure that the two spots can be cleaned, I just don't have the time to do it on a lens I'm not using.

Pictures, and close-ups of the affected areas

The spot is right below the "o" of "auto"
