@Katastrofo: Have you ever tasted the sea salt of Guerande? The flavour of this salt is quite different from other salts and above that is this salt completly organic and hand harvested, quite unique in Europe (here can you find more info about Celtic sea salt: http://www.celticseasalt.com) Smile ....
and just too give a better view of the sea salt marshes of Guerande, here two picture's shoot by my uncle (in his motorized hang glider):

Nice pics and an excelent lens !!!

Salt of Guerande is my prefered salt for years and it's unigue in the world not only to Europe...(unigue even for "Fleur de sel" types)
