Takumar 85/1.8 V1
Page on my site : http://kajiwara.weebly.com/takumar-8518-v1-54.html
This version is a telephoto lens design, 5 elements in 4 groups. This covers the Auto Takumar 85/1.8, Super-Takumar 85/1.9, S-M-C Takumar 85/1.9.

On film :

On Canon 5D :

There is no Super Takumar 85/1.8 Wink As the Auto 85/1.8 and all the 85/1.9 have the same optical design, while the S-M-C 1.8 is completely different (planar type, very sharp but less smooth bokeh), I think we should keep two different threads. I've edited the title as suggested Wink

CarbonR, beautiful photos, but this gallery is meant to have one thread per lens and one lens per thread.
You present here two different lenses, so please split the thread in two, separating the two lenses and (re)naming thread(s) accordingly.
Thank you!

Small differences of versions, particulars, et c., are better described with each posting, instead of creating new threads. For instance, there are two optical versions of Summicron-R 50; instead of creating two threads, one "Leitz Summicron-R 2/50 first version" and "Leitz Summicron-R 2/50 second version", it's better to make only one thread "Leitz Summicron-R 2/50" and then specify, with every picture that you post, which version of the lens it is.

As these 3 lenses share the same optical formula, I don't think this is useful to create 3 separate thread, as any pictures with the lenses could be exchanged (that's what I do on my site).

Sorry, but it has been already decided that one thread = one lens.
See for instance, we have separate entries for Zeiss Z lenses depending on the bayonet.
This makes it easier for people to retrieve lenses in searches based on lens mount, since every lens thread titile is coded with the lens mount tag.
You can however mention the identity with the other lenses, and provide links that point to the other threads of the other lenses.
