Out for a walk on two occasions with my dog in the nearby nature reserve called Dormore woods.

My grear:
NEX-5 - thanks to hoanpham for selling this camera to me.
NEX-EOS adapter + EOS-PK adapter + Porst Color Reflex MC Auto 55mm f1.2
NEX-Pen F adapter + Olympus F. Zuiko 38mm f1.8

#1 to #8 = Zuiko lens, stopped down f5.6-11, except #2, think this was at f2 (thanks to 56 DIN for pointing out my mistake Embarassed).
the remainder = Porst lens mostly at f1.2, except #9 at f8 and #14 at f1.4 (customed made f-stop).

All shot in jpegs using STD settings. Then processed in LR3.6.

This is the first time I switched from the Panny G1 to NEX! I am in heaven when it comes to improved, DR, resolution and high ISO performance. It was a love hate affair. Horrible ergonomics compared to my G1. But then after using it for a while, I started to get used to it. Similar sentiment to using peak focusing. I thought it was very distracting. So I decided to switch it off mostly! Shocked

Hope you enjoy them! Wink

The camera is in good hands Very Happy

Seems like you adapt quickly to the nex. These images are beautiful. I dont have any penF lenses to play, but yours look awesome.
The pano is nice too. My hand is not steady enough, and gave up after many tries.

#9 is a nice autumn scene. Lovely.

Thanks folks!

Seriously, I am completely blown away bythe resolution and IQ from this tiny little camera! Shocked
It reminded me of my Canon 5D, but better in every respect, except for the lack of FF and ergonomics.

Question: Do you think the photos are a little "over cooked"? I think I may have gone a little over board on setting the black point and saturation.

Pictures are great - if you do not over-saturate for autumn, when are you going to? Very Happy Very Happy

Question: why not RAW?
