Thank you Ray.
I am aware of this setup, but lack of male-male adapters.

If I understand stacking correctly:
1. The working distance is about the register distance to film plan.
2. Stacking a 20mm with a 200mm will give 10:1

Correct.

The male-male reverse adapters are pretty easy to put together using almost any reverse adapter plus stepping rings to get to your lens threading.

Tried multiple configuration of lens stacking (85mm to 50mm, 85mm to 24mm, 28-70 to 24mm, 70-210 to 50mm & 24mm), and in every case i get heavy vignetting (on full frame) especially when trying to achieve beyond 2:1 magnification.
