Defying the 35+ ºC, I took my beloved Manfrotto monopod and 2 lenses:
a) Zeiss 1,4/85 Contax
b) Zeiss 2/35 ZE

It was a nice walk. Almost all photos wide open. Most of them with the 85mm.

Absolutely no post-processing, except No 6 (shadows).

My favorite is No 8 (85mm f/1.4).
I wonder, is there any 1.4 lens that has less CA wide open?

No 6 is so cheerful and so sad at the same time (he is holding a self-made bomb) ...

These are excellent shots! Reminds me when I was in Athens for the
new Athens airport project - brings back nice memories Wink

Thanks for the walk Smile
The monuments look very moody in the night.

Beautiful shots. Nice to see pics from the "Plaka". Was there the first time approx. 40 years ago and it seems that nothing has changed.

Thanks for sharing.

Lovely set; 3, 4, 7, 8 and 10 are my favorites.
I have handled a Manfrotto monopod (cannot remember the model), and expect to get one before long ...
