Shot with Exakta Varex IIb, Pentacon 3.5/30 on Fuji Velvia 100. Converted from tif to Jpg & Resized only for posting.

Very cool shot! I wish I had something in my area like that to photograph. it would make a very nice backdrop for some portraits.

You are correct about the wide angle provided the extra bit in the frame would not distract. In this case the space was a limiting factor for using a wider angle. BTW tried the wider angle with my Nikkor 2.8/24, but it was including a lot of unwanted extra which I did not want.

great shot! the right window look like distorted (or asymmetric) to me but this add to the mystery
