Nice image of the man and his dog. Reminds me of Umberto D., one of my favorite movies.

Warning: it may make you cry!

It's a great lens.
Hari I like your samples but I wonder.
Could then images benefit from a bit more exposure or maybe rather moving the black point down a bit.
The shadow and darker mid tones look quite blocked and very "digital" overall.
The noct has a 2 stop difference in exposure from center to corners to begin with.
Maybe just a touch more PP will make the results even more impressive.
Could just be my monitor.

My gawd what a classy lens! It leaves me drooling.
Some of the samples look really superb to me.

man, you wernt kidding. this little clip was quite hardcore. i closed it at the point where the puppy freed itself out of his hand, scared by the passing train. I'm a sucker for animals and can't handle any kind of cruelty against them

thanks for the compliment Smile

Really?! If that were true you would see extreme vignetting, right?

Hi Andy,

no, not your monitor. i do like darker and moodier pictures and sometimes this is the reason why i "ruin" a picture by making it a tad too dark

will try to overcome my emo tendency and expose correctly

thanks for the advice buddy

Thanks Orio!

I'm still learning to use this lens, hope to produce some really nice images using the strong character of the lens

Thanks, I'm flattered!
Given my belly, I would also like to be flattened, but my doctor says that this is not the way it works! Laughing
