All of a sudden summer came back and flashed his late golden rays over our wonderful Hermanshof Park scenery here,
as if he wanted to say, "before I go I'll have a grand finale". So go have a look in VIS and UV...

Yes, as actually we both know that the lens does not really matter that much. We both have many lenses - do THEY take the images or we?

I'm sorry if you were offended. I did not mean any negative comment, I like the image much.

I only meant, that I could have used a few other lenses and the outcome would still be very similar, as I wanted these image to look like that.

Klaus

You have an incredible collection of lenses tuned to your purpose - academic and personal. You use them with skill and knowledge (a formidable combination). You are also very generous with your information and advice for which many of us are grateful. Orio's comment actually reflected one I might well have made myself, it is just an observation on the extent of that collection of yours, in which I, for one, am in awe. Not a money thing, it's an understanding that they are indeed just tools for you, but we love knowing what some of these esoteric lenses can do.

Thanks for your kind words Patrick! Indeed this is one of my "exotic lenses" brought to use and I'm very happy how well it served its intended purpose.
