LZOS (litkarino) produced the M42 version for Zenit, FED the LTM version for FED camera.
KMZ produced a preserie of the Industar-26m (the father of the Industar-61), but that's all, as far as I know.

This is a Lutkarino LZOS produced lens. Totally different looking one:

This one is a prototyp, not the usual one. There is a lot of I-61 prototyp, you can see them here : http://www.photohistory.ru/1207248188715563.html

The text in the supplied link does not say that this is a prototype. It does mention two versions of the Lutkarino lens one with M39 for the RF (silver - like one I posted picture) and the other one with M42 for the SLR cameras (has 3 at the end - black one)... Confused

Simply this site give all version, not reguarding to quantity producted. I told it's prototyp, because it's more than rare. If not prototyp, it has been producted in such low batch, that it can almost be considered as prototyp Smile . Princelle doesn't speak about this lens, so it's not a common lens at all.

Yes, that site was giving how the Industar was evolving over the years with different versions of the lenses depending on the manufacturer. I admit that Lutkarino lens was produced in a small batch but do not know the reason why. On the other side the link from the page you supplied lead to other one where is in more detail explained the meaning of the letters and in some cases the resolution of the lens. Link here: http://www.zenitcamera.com/archive/lenses/industar-61.html

Now I know what letters in the lens description means...
L stand for Lanthanum glass
Z stands for SLR camera
D stands for RF (rangefinder)

L = Л
Z = З
D = Д

The highest resolving lens was Industar-61M with resolution of 45/28 (center/edge) lines per mm
followed by Industar-61 L/D with resolution of 44/30 (center/edge) lines per mm.

At least this discussion leaded me to some answers... Nice! Very Happy
