This is preliminary post for rangefinder camera's "formal review" of
the lens "Cosina Voigtlander NOKTON 35mm F1.2 Aspherical".
Every shot is at f1.2 in this morning 2008/09/24. I live downtown condo
in Toronto Canada, so please don't expect nice scenery. Very Happy

Looks good. Being a big dog lover, the dog is my favorite.

Something tell me "handsome male picture" wasn't this morning.

Thank you everyone and Andy's wife included for kind comments.

This lens is not cheap, but it must be a wonder lens made by Cosina.
If Leica made this, it would cost 5,000 Euro for sure today. Shocked

I'm late, but if I shot these, I'd consider them masterpieces, not snapshots! Wink Nice photo of you in younger days, late 60's/early 70's?

Bill

Like them all, with a slight preference for the dog pictures.

Just want to join the "dog photographers club" with this one (probably my most common photo object)

Pretty darn gorgeous for just "snap shots" koji!

I got a new shot of our dog (why not) today, will put it up
as a part of "accessary" section today 9/26 or tomorrow 9/27.

We got the bigger model (Collie) and a Labrador as well.
Had a Sheltie in the Past though.

Really great results, Koji !
The first dog picture is worth to be published on a pet magazine.
the other pictures prove very well the beautiful performance of the lens (especially in the bokeh department) and the good photographic eye of the owner.

Well, speaking of subjects, I must confess a slight preference for poilu's beach subjects Twisted Evil
