I rarely post pix, and perhaps the subject matter makes me biased, but shooting with this lens is closer to painting than photographing...especially in low light/low contrast situations. So I felt compelled to share a couple of shots.

Minolta 58/1.2 PG, c. 1970 or so. Canon 40D, ISO 1600 plus a little push.

These have minimal processing...too bad the horizontal one has that dang white blob in the background...

Beautiful pictures!
You can tone the "white blob" down or clone something over it.
