Both are excellent comps with good exposures, but really like the 2nd for the superb detail and textures!

I prefer the grey tones in #1 instead - although if this was a print, I'd say you should burn a bit the wall.
(doing scan I suppose you could scan a second image at lower exposure and use the wall from there)

In #2 contrast is too high for my liking, you lose a lot of texture in the highlights of the stone

Great tonal and detail rendition. I like the texture in #2.
