Mainly Raw

Photoshop's raw processing routines work pretty good from what I understand. Even though I have PS, I just use Canon's DPP because it typically does all I need. But if you have access to a recent edition of PS, give it a try and see if it might do what you're looking for.

even with my Nokia phone I shot raw
and it's day & night vs jpeg
