I have a set of Russian PZF bellows with the copier attachment (PD?) and was thinking of using them as you suggest for copying film and slides. Would the Industar 50-2 be ok as a lens for this in your opinons? or can you suggest an M42 alternative? |

any lens can do the job but...
some have soft border, some add CA, others have distortion
most lenses have to be closed to F11 and smaller and suffer from diffraction
I got acceptable result with Canon 50:1.8
make some test and see if you are happy with the results
only APO rodagon D who is optimized for 1:1 is perfect _________________ T* |
