hello everybody this is my new lens that i have buy'd a few days ago
is a very nice lens (great looking lens) the only problems is that the diaphragm only stop to f 11 after that it closes very slow or non at all
i could take it to a shop here in bucharest to fix it but they are not professionals so they dont do a good job
Any way here are some night shoots. Enjoy

all of them are @ f 8 or f11

all the best
Catalin

Typical Carl Zeiss Jena wide angle problem Mad
The black version has both the pin and a button on the side. Have you tried to action both while the iris is full closed?
Anyway the problem is poor lubrication, it should be easy to fix but if you don't trust the repairman better not do it.

Hi there
Thanks for the reply
@Orio the thing is that the ring that made the pin work was removed by the previous owner (because his adapter does not hold the pin down but he also gave me the ring so i can put it back)

@trifox
thaks for the offer trifox i appreciate considering repairing the lens for free
but i dont know how much is the shipping (to UK?)

Thank you all very much

Catalin
