Yes, to Olympus OM, not 4/3.

I am wondering if there is a way to mount a C/Y lens onto an Olympus OM body? Anyone know?

TIA.

"where there's a will, there's a way"

sorry, don't know anyone who makes one, but if available, adapter probably cannot get infinity focus because 46mm OM register is 0.5mm larger than 45.5mm C/Y register -- unsure if OM opening is large enough diameter for C/Y to fit into.

Usually in this case adapter not available on market. I know only some exception like M42 lens to Nikon body adapter.

Forget about a CY to OM adapter, you will not get infinity focus.

Your best option is to buy a used Yashica camera, they often come for lower prices than an adapter!

And with a Yashica camera you can mount all contax lenses.

Just make sure that you don't buy an AF Yashica camera, as they have a different mount.

Thanks for the replies, guys!

I just came over a Contax 137 + CZ Distagon 35/2.8. The camera has built in motor drive and therefor pretty heavy so I was thinking of trying the lens on a OM-body, but since it won't work I just may try this setup like it is.

Anyone have this lens? Seems pretty good aye?

Yes it's a good lens. Not one of the jewels in the Contax line, but a good solid lens anyway. It won't let you down.
