Great conversion... perfect monochrome captures...

COuld you provide you conversion steps (to monochrome).. I am not able to get desired results with LR.. And with GIMP, it too slow..

thanks poilu -- see the quote for Ballu,

I think the contrast is desirable in this ...

I know that I am loosing on details on t-shirt but I always try to avoid loosing highlights on skin ..

The exposure is perfect... I'd wish for some more interest in the background however... especially since the subject is de-centred.
