A few days ago I bought a Biogon on ebay from a seller in Austria and had to return it because the aperture would start at 11 instead of 2.8 and end somewhere at the middle of nowhere
Of course, the focus was totally stuck
In the end the lens was unusable without repairs so I sent it back and thankfully got a full refund - shipping cost included
Here's a few shots of it so if you come across it on ebay, you know what to expect
