Seems that the cat turned the head in the last microsecond. That happens 100% of times to me
For the rest, beautiful set, I'm happy to see photo so well done. |

Very nice series.
Generally tad over-sharpened whiskers though, could be due to the lower resolution you mentioned. I'd smoothen the jagginess with a blur tool for a more natural look (or lower the general sharpening). Otherwise great work.

Hi Tobbe.
Well, I applied the same level of sharpness like for any other outputs .. The lens is simply sharp straight from 2.8 (maybe too much) and any other sharpening is not necessary - I set the sharpness in my camera at ZERO level and I do sharpening in LightRoom a bit - not too much ... _________________ Flickr.com |

Ok. The jagginess is perhaps just a rescale issue, I didn't think of that at first.

Wow! I need to get an animal back in my life. They really make superb subjects. Cats are the best because of their expressive, bright eyes.
Great mixture of composition and subject positioning (which was probably more the cat's work )

I find #5 very interesting (and cute) !
Please be careful with these samples! I have promised myself that after the Canon Tilt-Shift 17mm I won't buy any other ultra-wide lens...
That said, is this the old Contax version or the newer ZE / ZF incarnation? _________________ Νίκος • www.diafragma.gr
