Yes she's a beauty.
Flash, actually two strobes, one bounced off a wall in front of her then one above to her left (on low power) through an old, ratty, browned and water stained umbrella for soft highlight, then in processing I pumped the mids up slightly to give the effect of even softer highlights. |

I posted the process in the "Techniques" board. It's a bit long but very customizeable, no plug-ins and works with all Photoshop versions that have Layers, probably with some modification on other software also.
It doesn't work for all pics but for some it's works very well.
