Both excellency !!
The second one captures you immediately, the first one more slowly, but prevails in the end.
And wow, this Nikkor rocks! _________________ Orio, Administrator

You know Bill I used to fish for Salmon at this time of day alot. I think you've caught on to something (ouch nasty pun). These evening flower shots from you have been great. Keep them coming |

Maestro Orio, high praise indeed, (I'll tell my lens). The one white flower is
close to the ground, I have many more buds on top of the plants that
haven't opened yet, none of the red ones have. I intend to festoon this
place with azaleas! I'm kidding, but will show some when they bloom!
This micro-nikkor is the AI'd version, one of my faves.

Mike, I planted four azalea bushes over 4 years ago, and this year they
have really broken out in buds! Highly recommended, I like their foliage, too.
Here's one about to pop very soon, taken when I was running out of light
tonight, same lens:

Well, we have 3 or 4 bushes left, they have been on a steady decline the last couple of years. I will try to get some shots when the buds open up. Other than that I have just my apple tree to shoot. If nothing else, your shots make me want to go outside with my camera! _________________ Michael Hill |
