Hello!
Have you ever seen halation protection problems with the APX100? I got some of these results yesterday:

I never had such strong problems before with any film except Lucky SHD 100.
Has this something to do with my new developer, Kodak Xtol (1:1, 9:30)?
I used mostly Rodinal before and never such such extreme effects, only very slight if any.

Regards

I don't know, but there is a way to remove your doubt.
Shoot a test roll, photographing the same subjects, then when in changing bag (or darkroom) cut it in two parts and fit it in two different tanks, then process them one with the current developer, the other with a different developer.
This is what pros used to do when doing an important job, not just to test different developers but also to test different developing times, different solutions etc.
