I have made these charts (for 35mm film / FF sensor).
You may find them useful.

The higher curve is the diagonal, followed by horizontal and vertical AoV.

Thanks Nikos. When manufacturers quote the angle of view of a lens, they usually quote one value. Which value is that, the horizontal?

As far as I know the horizontal value is only used for cinematic lenses. With photo lenses the manufacturers quote the diagonal value (although the horizontal is more telling and useful IMHO).
