This is one of my most loved lenses, but I recognize it only in the cat photos. The other photos seem unusually dull/flat for what this lens can do. Perhaps the day light was not good that day.

P.S. this is not meant as a critique to your photos, only as a remark on the lens performance.

nice sonnar results
I would like to use more this lens but 216mm (135x1.6) is really big

In fact there wasn't no Sun in the day I took the other photos than the cat shots (the cat shots were both in other day where the sun was shining!)

Yes, I was sure it must have been the bad light, because this lens usually delivers excellent contrast and saturation. Smile

Very fine series and the cat pics are stunning. That looks to be a very desirable lens, I think it is better than my 135/4.

I had the same thought when saw the photo. It looks like he is almost outside of the photo for me. Love the photo for that Very Happy
