as some of you know, i traded in my m4/3 equipment for a gxr m mount. i have to say, i'm really impressed by this camera. i'm tempted to do a full review, but its been out so long, i kinda feel dumb doing one. so let me just say, this is a photographers camera. its menus, its manual controls, its customizability, its feel and build, honestly, its what photographers want. there is almost nothing i would add or change. and while i got it to use with my m39 and m mount lenses, i do have other lenses, like konica and retina and some m42, that i'm starting to fool around with as i get adapters. i am honestly just loving the results i'm getting. i think the absence of AA filter really makes a difference. just a great quality product all around. imo very underrated and/or overlooked. way better results than m4/3, and better than many apsc, imo.
below are 6 shots, first three from the vivitar 135/2.8 konica ar mount, the next 3 from my nikon s mount zeiss sonnar t 135/4. nothing special, just test shots today of anything, esp my dog and some weird bug that attached itself to a window (btw heavily cropped as min focusing distance is 5 feet). still lifes are at 1600. really, the IQ is something, no?

That's because after you emptied the bottles everything around you looks like bokeh! _________________ Orio, Administrator

thanks guys! honestly, i laughed out loud reading the comments.
on the bokeh, both lenses really smooth, though the zeiss is even smoother than the stoli!
we should do a thread on favorite liquor i'll start, in order of preference:
blanton's bourbon
hendricks gin
appleton estates vx rum
russian standard vodka (stoli is for guests, haha)
eau de vie poire william
i could go on but it would b e embarassing...
