These are from the same session as with the Rayfact. The images have similar, but not identical, framing. The processing might differ slightly.

I hoped it would give excellent performance* from macro, through close-up to at least middle distance. So far, so good. Its official image circle of 86.4 mm gives it T/S scope. So far, I have used it only without extension. The Nikon F mount integrates it nicely into my range of lenses for my A7rs.
* Nikon: "High performance guaranteed in all range of magnification"
At around 880g it might not suit some potential users. However, the 95mm model weighs 1200g. _________________ Dedicated to using manual focus lenses with digital. I was not so interested in pretty pictures as what the lens would do.
I had to reduce the saved quality of the third image from 12 to 11 for it to load. That probably represents the amount of detail.

It may be of interest that, on the A7r3, the Rayfact MJ 90mm on extension gives:
On 3k, 4k, and 5k Nikon F extension (total 45mm, half focal length) it gives 35mm to 60mm FOVs. An additional 65mm extension gives FOV 20mm to 27mm. (No images yet)
I am expecting a delivery of more tubes next week. _________________ Dedicated to using manual focus lenses with digital. Thanks for the information. I've heard good things about this lens and the images look good for sure, but given that they're shot at around f/11 I'm not sure there's any noticable difference to a high-end enlarging lens. Have you ever tried to shoot it at f/4? Wide-open is usually where these lenses start to differentiate from the bunch of significantly cheaper alternatives. Would be very interesting to see. _________________ ---

I don't think I have ever used any lens at f4! Certainly, I see no point with stereo. DOF is very precious with macro and I have maybe 1mm at the highest magnifications. This lens is supposed to be designed not to have such limitations. The image circle is huge (86.4mm), such that the part of it I am using is very telecentric. When I can see, in other images, pollen grains well-defined I don't worry about diffraction. _________________ Dedicated to using manual focus lenses with digital. I understand! A pity we have such different priorities… I just thought it would be interesting to see what the lens can do wide open. _________________ ---

Thanks! It really has character. It's image quality is different from the norm with more glow and bubble bokeh. And the sharpness is excellent.
