Epson scan at 2400dpi from 35mm negative (Oly 35RC rangefinder).
Cheap Arista film ISO 400:

greyscale:

Have some black and white stuff ready soon, both 35mm and medium
format.

After staring at both of them for awhile, I think you're right! And yes,
that is a strand of her hair across the nose, what the hell can I do about
that? I came up on her when she was reading something and yelled
"hey, look up!" She wasn't ready for her close-up Mr DeMille! Laughing

Nothing!!
Just leave it that way, it will be the "punctum" of your photograph.
Imagine an exhibition with 100 different photographers showing a portrait of a girl reading a book on a table.
People will remember yours because it's "the one with the hair strand on girl's nose".

Never get in the way of the destiny! Nothing happens by chance.

Yes, maestro, I understand. Wink But there are those that think everything happens by chance, and that you and I are just a couple of
small fractals in a chaotic universe! Laughing

But in this instance, I fully appreciate and agree with what you're saying.

I would say b&w! In the colour shot red is too dominant. This intense colour has a psychological effect which is deleted by the greyscale conversion.

I've seen Hitchcock's "Marnie" so I know what you mean by the color
red! Laughing Still, I liked the tones of the wood with the red, but overall,
yes, the B&W I think is better, since it doesn't detract as much from
the subject.

I cant decide... The looks, face expressions.. everything is so sweat.... difficult to find in current Abercrombie dominant branded world...
I will go for B&W, but the "Verizon" sign on the back is just sucker. Mad ..
Back to square one... Embarassed

Ballu,
Is this some angst about art being cheapened by commercialization, or
did you have a bad experience with Verizon? Or perhaps both...
