After staring at both of them for awhile, I think you're right! And yes,
that is a strand of her hair across the nose, what the hell can I do about
that? I came up on her when she was reading something and yelled
"hey, look up!" She wasn't ready for her close-up Mr DeMille! |

Nothing!!
Just leave it that way, it will be the "punctum" of your photograph.
Imagine an exhibition with 100 different photographers showing a portrait of a girl reading a book on a table.
People will remember yours because it's "the one with the hair strand on girl's nose".
Never get in the way of the destiny! Nothing happens by chance. _________________ Orio, Administrator

Yes, maestro, I understand. But there are those that think everything happens by chance, and that you and I are just a couple of
small fractals in a chaotic universe!
But in this instance, I fully appreciate and agree with what you're saying. |

I would say b&w! In the colour shot red is too dominant. This intense colour has a psychological effect which is deleted by the greyscale conversion. _________________ Personal forum activity on pause every now and again (due to job obligations)!

I've seen Hitchcock's "Marnie" so I know what you mean by the color
red! Still, I liked the tones of the wood with the red, but overall,
yes, the B&W I think is better, since it doesn't detract as much from
the subject. |

Is this some angst about art being cheapened by commercialization, or
did you have a bad experience with Verizon? Or perhaps both... |
