I love the Cat picture especially.

Is it possible to confirm that the VG900 is operating as a fullframe with the CV35/1.2 and not in "crop mode" ?

I too would like to confirm this was shot with the whole frame and not in crop mode.
Any chance you can shoot with wider M lenses?

So, finally we see some pics from a full frame nex...

Really nice and promising results, I'm planning to buy one (after I test it a little) mostly for video shooting: it must be a bit uncomfortable ergonomically as a still camera, but hey, you can't have it all Wink

so its mainly a videocamera that happens to shoot stills and not the other way around?

Ergonomics (grips position, controls distribution, LCD placement), shape and the built-in mic suggest so.
Not to mention that nex-VG line is a camcorder series.

I know with my Pentax PK-NEX adapters my VG900 is operating in full frame mode since my APS-C lenses show huge vignetting and my full frame lenses show a much wider FOV than what I get in my APS-C DSLRs. Here is a photo of my VG900 with SMC Pentax-M 20mm F4 that shows a 94° diagonal FOV on the VG900.

The Bower 35mm F1.4 with Sony A mount I just received today looks much larger than the Voigtlander Nokton 35mm F1.2 Ver I.

It would operate in crop mode only on receiving a signal from a lens (Sony DT lens line-up and all current e-mount lenses), but since the the adapter from e-mount to M39 or leica M-mount is just a piece of metal without any contacts on it, it doesn't crop the image.

The EF-NEX adapters I have seen are cropped for an APS-C sensor.

that adapter probably works better with APSC bodies as it controls flare in adapter but obviously it wont
work with a FF sensor.
